Free Shipping

Free Shipping applies to all orders over $49.00. You have the option to choose other shipping methods at their regular prices respectively.

Terms and Conditions

• Applies to a Subtotal greater than $49.00.
• Available only to United States shipping addresses in the 48 Continental United States.
• Refunds for any returned items that qualify for Free Shipping will be reduced by the actual shipping charges from the original order.
• Valid with gift cards.
• Canceling, combining, or changing your address may affect Free Shipping availability.

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the world using the shipping method of your choice (FedEx, UPS and USPS). When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Orders are shipped FOB Ventura, CA. You assume risk of loss as soon as it is tendered to the shipping company. We require all shipping companies to provide receipts of shipment acceptance along with the ship to address on record for each shipment. If you would like risk of loss protection during shipment, please add to the notes of your order that you would like to insure the shipment. We will quote and then charge you, upon your approval, the exact amount of any insurance charges, charged by the carrier. We only charge the exact amount that the carrier charges for insurance. Returned Checks or Chargebacks

A $20.00 fee, in addition to any fee imposed on Xtreme Scuba, will be assessed on you for any returned check or chargeback for any credit/debit/atm card. The fee applies at the time of a returned check or chargeback. Your account will be put on hold and all purchase privileges will be suspended until the amount of the original check and/or credit/debit/atm charge plus such fees described in this paragraph are paid to Xtreme Scuba. Any amounts owed to Xtreme Scuba will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or fraction thereof.

Law and Forum for Disputes

By using our webstore you agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Xtreme Scuba must be resolved by a court located in Ventura County, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Ventura County, California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
