If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason (1), you can return your unused, unopened items for a prompt refund or exchange. You do not need to contact us first! Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. No refunds for shipping and handling (2) except for defective items and never on International orders.
If your item was incorrect or received defective, you have 7 days of receipt of item to notify us by email only at onlinesales@xtremescuba.com. You may follow up by phone or other means but only an email within the initial 7 days of receipt will preserve your rights. We will send you a prepaid label by email to send the item back to us. You may send the item back beforehand in order to expedite the process but the shipping cost will be at your own expense.nbsp;
Items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
